They explore the racist guidelines that have been handed down regarding the DOJ’s refusal to prosecute the Black Panthers' Philadelphia Voter Intimidation case that was dismissed by the DOJ. Their argument was the facts and law don't support the Black Panther case. According to The Washington Times, Associate Attorney General Tom Perrelli, the No. 3 official in the department, was responsible for the decision. J. Christian Adams resigned his position as a result of the improper handling of the case by Eric Holder and the Obama Administration.
