I'm a Fishtown resident who moved here after many years in Miami and a short stint in the D.C. suburbs.
I'm here because I saw so much careless planning and chaotic development in my native South Florida and would hate to see that same level of greed overwhelm Philadelphia and permanently scar its character. There seem to be no lack of people here who share those concerns.
