August Bloggers' Meetup This Saturday

czar.gifAnother month, and another meetup is upon us! This month's meetup is this Saturday at 3pm, and I expect to see you all there.

We are trying to figure out the best time for the Meetup so this Saturday is an experiment of sorts, so if you want the Meetups to be held permanently on Saturday afternoons, then show up and show up often!

This Saturday come join fellow Philly bloggers to eat, drink, and be merry at the Nodding Head. Feel free to bring your non-blogging friends and their friends, we are an open bunch.

Here is the info:

Saturday, August 27, 2005 at 3:00 PM

Where: Nodding Head 1516 Sansom 2nd Floor Philadelphia, PA 19102 569-9525

Just look for the big dude wearing the loud shirt and you will have found yourself a Philly bloggers' meetup.

Hope to see you there! And don't forget that you can RSVP via meetup.com or by leaving a comment on this post.

Also, don't hesitate to get the word out on your own blog! I want to keep growing these meetings, and I know there are lots of social Philly bloggers out there (right?).

good food, good beer, good people!

love it there. it's probably my second favorite place to get eats in philly. and a shameless plug of our review here

see you saturday

U-21?

How U-21 friendly is this place? I don't plan on doing much drinking, but I'd like to be able to get in the door.

don't think it would be a problem

They are a restaurant/bar so they shouldn't have a problem, it's also in the mid-afternoon so it's not as likely you're gonna try to sneak in to go boozing. Most of the rest of us are of age too so one could probably blend in and not get carded if you don't order a beer.

LiveJournalers are bloggers too

Maybe we should let the Philadlephia LiveJournal community's meetup group know about ours?

Check it out here: http://livejournal.meetup.com/142/

It would be great to see you there Suzanne

And everyone else. I'm looking forward to this new time and place :)
