And that blogger is Becky from Good Grief! Does this blog make my butt look big? Her blog is difficult to categorize, and I suspect she wouldn't have it any other way. Part Lancaster County, part Fishtown and all good writing Good Grief! is not a blog to ignore. I mean it has punctuation in its name--that's gotta be worth something.
Don't forget to bookmark, or subscribe to, our previously featured blogger, rubber hose.
I had to pleasure of sitting down with Becky, over email, and asking her a few questions.
Our questions, and her answers, after the jump.
Philly Future: Why do you blog?
Becky: The blog motivates me to keep writing, even if it's just a brief post. I'd like to create something that doesn't adhere to a standard format, like humor or current events or journaling. In fact, not everything on Good Grief! is even true (*gasp*).
PF: Why in the world would you pick the longest domain name ever for your
blog ( http://www.doesthisblogmakemybuttlookbig.com)?
Becky: Listen, by the time I got online all the good domain names were taken.
PF: Good Grief! What's up with that? Do I sense a Schulzian influence?
Becky: What do you mean, Schulzian influence? Are you saying that my butt looks big?
PF: What are the best and worst things that have come about because of your blog?
Becky: I got dumped over a post about the 2004 Madrid bombings. Other than that, everything has been positive and unexpected--offline friends, a job lead that resulted in my current position, and a new, improved man. Oh, and Good Grief! was picked as Philly Future's featured weblog!

thanks for the wonderful
thanks for the wonderful honor of being the last featured blog. and congratulations to good grief!
