Flyers & 76rs Game Sundance Travel Scam

Anyone who goes to a Sporting event in Philadelphia beware the Sundance Travel Booth.

At the Flyers game we went to just before Halloween my wife and I filled out one of those slips to win a free car, a Hummer. Of course what a shock we didn't win the Hummer but what we did win was 3 days 2 nite Marriot stay and a $500 dollar internet shopping spree. OOOOOH weren't we lucky. Heres where the Scam starts to show it self. They told me on the phone that only 50 people won these two Items it was their way of doing word of mouth advertising. Yet my wife who has a diffrent last name and filled one out also got a call saying she won. Out of the 17,000 fans at that hockey game what are the odds that two people in the same house would be amongst the 50 winners?

I was going to go to the presentation and bring my wife. Circumstances (2 young children) made it so my wife couldn't come. When I called them to tell them that it got more interesting. You see my wife had to be there just incase I needed to make a financial decision right then and there or I might lose a first day Financial incentive. In other words they are worried about trying to get only one spouses signature on a financial contract. They say they are not Time Shares, however they are using Time Share selling tactics. As a former Realtor I know this tactic all to well.
