Does anyone else have the

Does anyone else have the sneaking suspicion that cnn.com targets their front page photo to the geographic location of your IP address? This is the third or fourth time in the past couple weeks I've seen a local image up there for the kind of story that could feature pictures from almost anywhere. On Black Friday, they had shoppers at a Target in Cherry Hill.
