Alert: Over 100 voting machines reported broken across Philadelphia!

The Daily News is tracking reports of broken machines across the city in today's election.

Numbers to Call with Voting Questions or Complaints (via The Philadelphia Inquirer):

Philadelphia. The County Board of Elections has a number for voters who encounter problems with voting machines: 215-686-7800.

For information about Philadelphia polling places, call 215-686-1520 or 215-686-1523. On Election Day, for other election questions or complaints, call 215-686-1590.

Philadelphia voters who are told they are not eligible to vote at a particular polling place but who believe they should be can file a provisional ballot or take their cases to an election court. The main election court, in City Hall, will be in session from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Other courts will be in session from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at some district police stations.

If there are allegations of election abuse, the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office will have officials available to investigate. Call 215-686-9643, 9644 or 9645.

The Committee of Seventy, a nonpartisan group that monitors elections in Philadelphia, will provide information to voters who call 215-557-3600 between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Bucks County. Voters seeking information about registration or polling places can call 215-348-6163.

Chester County. Election questions should be directed to the Voter Services Office, 610-344-6380 or 610-344-6410.

Delaware County. For questions about registration, contact the county Registration Commission at 610-891-4659 or 610-891-4649. Questions about polling places can be answered at the Election Bureau, 610-891-4683.

Problems with voting machines should be reported at 610-874-8780.

Montgomery County. Questions about registration or polling places should be directed to the Office of Voter Services, 610-278-3280. Other concerns can be taken to the Board of Elections, 610-278-3275.
