Authorities are investigating several claims of voter intimidation in Philadelphia on Election Day.Officials said approximately a dozen claims were filed stating they were being interfered with as they entered the D and Clearfield polling place in Kensington.
In the 19th Ward, several complaints were filed regarding voters being told who to vote for.
The District Attorney%u2019s office and Philadelphia Police are looking into the accusations.

How does voter intimidation work? Do the intimidators follow voters into the booth? If they do, that's would be huge issue, but if they don't, how do they have any clue how a person voted? Can they stake a realistic
Note, I'm not contesting the notion that voter intimidation happens (much less that it's a problem), but wondering how it can be a reliable means of influencing a secret ballot election.
