The featured blog this week is ALa at blonde sagacity. A 'South Park Conservative' (and hey - I'm a 'South Park Democrat' - take that as it may), her posts these past few weeks are in huge contrast to other so called 'conservatives'. Whether confronting some hypocrites who fired that Playgirl editor for being a Republican or getting hate mail by 'conservatives' over Terri Schiavo, or having a good discussion with me on public assistance (we're closer in opinion than apart - we just use different language - but boy my she got me to rant - which I rarely do anymore) - she's deserves to be on your blogroll. I may disagree with her on many, many things, but ya know what? We can talk. That's a rare, rare, thing in this day and age where too damn many are eager to keep us seperate and not communicating.
I would have done this a while back, : but she was on vacation.
Today Attytood is featured on Daily News's home page. Hopefully they will recognize that they should reverse publish his blog to the paper. It's that good - and it's a step towards a new future. If I were to give a 'regional newspaper journalist blog award' - well so far this year he has no competition. None. You better have bookmarked him.
