An editorial in this morning's Daily News is plugging a new website called Reform Ballot. It comes from the folks at Philadelphia Forward, and its purported concern is altering the political process in Philly in a positive way.
The DN editorial board calls it "a wonk's dream," but also "an interesting experiment in democracy-at least for those who can access the Internet." They're encouraging as many Philadelphians as possible to make their voices heard.

Change
The city clearly needs a change. Reform ballots are small, incremental changes to a broken, corruptible system. Personally, I think Philadelphia's Home Rule Charter needs a rewrite. The Philadelphia of 1951 IN NO WAY resembles the Philadelphia of 2007. Get me a Wiki on that, and I'm interested.
