Black Murder Rate Tops The Nation In PA

News

I just heard on a radio station that the black murder rate in PA is the highest in our nation. Is this true? Even if this happens not to be true, murder rates and crime in communities needs to come down NOW. There needs to be intervention from different agencies to deal with this terror.

I'm sure City Council will address this important issue after dealing with other more "important" issues like making Philly a "Pro-Choice city" and banning trans-fats.

The Daily News had a pretty good editorial about the Blondell Reynolds Brown resolution. There are many better things to spending legislative energy on right now, rather than trying to claim a symbolic consensus on a topic that has no consensus either way.
