I know it's a tagline from yet another corporate ad campaign, but this story is priceless. Unfortunately, it's one of the problems with the corporate shift to independent contractors, over whom the company tends to have less direct control.

I'm just happy that I've never had anywhere near this bad an experience with any of my Comcast services. (Should I knock wood?)
