I have always been interested in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. I enjoy learning what personality types my closest friends are and how their types typically interact with my own. I also find it interesting that my closest of friends are typically one or two of the 16 different personality types. It's almost as if I could give a stranger the test and if they were a certain personality I would know whether or not they had the potential of becoming a close friend. Anyways, I digress...
Since I find it important knowing my friends personality I think it would be very interesting to know the personality types of our nation's leaders. I think it is safe to say that most politicians would fall under the extrovert type and not introvert. After that though, I think it is pretty up in the air.
Personally, I think Barack Obama would be an ENTP (Extraversion, iNtuition, Thinking, Perceiving). Do you agree?
After reading more about the Myers Briggs Test and the 16 MBTI types I would love to hear what type you think Barack Obama is.

I'm a type professional and recently wrote an article about Barack Obama's personality type. I agree it's interesting to discuss the personality types of our leaders, but we should always be careful with how we present our observations--there is really no way to know someone's personality type without verifying it with the person themselves. That said, from my observations of Obama I would guess his Myers Briggs type is likely ENFJ. Check my Myers Briggs blog to read more about my reasoning!
