A philly judge stayed the demolition of Rindelaub Row today. While the ruling seems shakey at best, it's at least a bit of hope for Save Our Square, a community group fighting the impending construction of a 33 story condo tower on the site.

Is the stuggle in Rittenhouse Row indicative of a larger problem in this city?
