After this denial of emergency treatment I was rushed to the Hospital by Airport Police. Soon After on the 25th was found unable to return to work and denial legal counsel for at less three month. This was the start of my legal battle with the Fuel Barons and Fueling Company for Compensation in which I am Entitled. Sunoco and Odgen Aviation. The Players involved are as Follows Richard L Cole Atty,Terry Pugh Atty, Russel Moss Atty, Vincent Johnson Atty Kevin Gibson Atty in now the Onging Legal Malpractice Suit Nelson vs. Johnson Case N0. Common Pleas June Term 2004 No. 040600852, Superior No. 175 E.D.A. 2008, Supreme No. 75 EM 2008 Judge Arnold New has lied in his decision of non filings by Plaintiff on October 11, 2007 in he claimed that he given more time before rendering his decision this a forgery of of lies by the also the court has granted non pros to defendant's atty's when certificate of merit was filed during first filing along with complaint. Supervisor of second filing said not in valid merit document when in fact under PaRcp 1042.8 states it is. Superior Court where original copy's of certified mail recepts are filed appeal and change of venue not granted to plaintiff also supreme court has not granted appeal these documents are verified by office personal in common pleas and superior court. But not not overturned in upper level court system. Judge has five copy's of Expert Report filed By Plaintiff. More Player's. Allen L Rothenburg Atty, Barbara Rothenburg Atty, Joseph Grossman Atty, Gary Heslin Atty, Dam Q Lam Atty this also a ongoing Legal Malpractice Suit Nelson vs. Rothenburg now in U.S. District Court Case No. 08 - 4490 Common Pleas Case No. 060902074, Superior Court No. 1172 EDA 2007, Supreme Court No. 185 EM 2007 this case is very much the same this the Judge Sandra Mazer Moss lied in her findings and Decision but now is corrected on the docket but Superior Court did not overturn the decision and grant appeal that was plaintiff filed and Supreme Court neither also documents' was verified by Commom Pleas and Superior Court Personal this is Pure Corruption Stemming to the Highest levels of our Judical System also Social Security Lawyers and Judges continue this corruption in Federal Court Judge Yohn and Micheal J Astrue Social Security Commisioner, Judge Lenzi and Thomas Sutton Atty has also lied and tyring to keep medical status and ongoing treatment by plaintiff under wraps but the truth be it now known their Corruption starts at the federal level Dictrict Court Case No. 07 - 2622 Third Circuit No. 08 - 4074 appeal due by Plaintiff on 11 - 18 - 2008 back money now due to plaintiff not granted by Judge Yohn. Plaintiff was found disabled by Social Security in December 2007. Plaintiff now seeks money from June 2007 to February 2001. Appeal due December 5th in Supreme Court Nelson vs. Johnson Plaintiff will file Motion to Correct Record In Court of Common Pleas By December 5th, 2008.
