I'm a liberal, organized, enthusiastic, talkative, sometimes-funny, always-open drinker of dark beers, strong coffee and water with lemon. Originally from the west coast, I heeded the call of many generations of my family and returned to the city that my parents (at least for their first couple decades), grandparents and great-grandparents called home. I aspire to make a living writing and I blog to keep the words flowing.
